Rachael Cook

 Rachael Lee Cook was born on October 4 on 1979. She has starred as baby-sitters in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (99) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (192001). She was also a part of in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice and also in Robot Chicken's and She's all That (1999), respectively. The series started with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.
